At Kookys, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Items must be shipped back to us at your cost, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at hello@kookys.in within 5 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at hello@kookys.in within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — either through a replacement or a full refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, our return process applies.
